This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the future of thoracic oncology care within one of the region's premier community-based academic health systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in thoracic surgery and demonstrated expertise in minimally invasive thoracic procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery.

We are seeking a motivated physician committed to delivering outstanding patient-centered care while contributing to program growth, innovation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to care for patients across the full spectrum of malignant and benign thoracic diseases, including pulmonary, esophageal, mediastinal, pleural, and chest wall conditions.

Candidates with a particular interest in expanding and advancing a comprehensive malignant foregut program are strongly encouraged to apply. Providers with five or more years of post-training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $650,000 or greater, commensurate with years of experience, subspecialty expertise, clinical accomplishments, and overall qualifications.
