The Job Details: · Communicate effectively with carriers and other contacts regarding the inbound and outbound movements of their product. · Expected to have a full picture understanding of how to enter product into the WMS, how product is stored, and shipped out of the facility. · Engage with drivers and verify driver identification in order to assign them dock doors and ultimately check the drivers in and out. · Responsible for knowledge of product location within the warehouse to effectively assign dock doors.
