Duizel, NederlandFull-timePosted Jan 21, 2026

Job description

What you’ll work on We are looking for an IT & DevOps Engineer who can bridge the gap between internal IT operations and modern cloud-native engineering. In this role, you will contribute to both our company-wide IT environment and our development teams’ infrastructure — ensuring our systems are secure, automated, reliable, and scalable.

You will work with a Microsoft-first ecosystem (Azure AD, Intune, Azure), support our hardware and network setups, and help build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. You’ll collaborate across engineering, production, and operations to enable smooth day-to-day operations while shaping our long-term technical landscape.

#-# What we offer A key role in shaping both our IT foundation and cloud/platform infrastructure. A modern technology stack with room to introduce new tools and ideas. A company laptop and mobile device. Flexible overtime compensation: extra pay or additional holidays. Competitive salary and annual performance bonus. 33 vacation days (including public holidays) — with the option to convert overtime into more time off.

The opportunity to work with talented engineers in a fast-growing manufacturing tech environment. What you bring To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; or a strong HBO/WO-level of thinking. 2–5+ years of experience across IT engineering, systems administration, DevOps, or a similar technical domain.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, M365, Intune, Windows endpoints). Solid understanding of networking: VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP. Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows. Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).

Understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus). Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams. ‍ Preferred: Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Experience with access badge systems or physical security integrations.

Experience with monitoring/observability tooling. Security awareness: device compliance, identity security, MFA, conditional access.
