Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-Time | Vocational Training Center (VTC) | Fargo, ND Starting at $26/hour may increase DOE | Up to 30 hours/week | No Mandatory Holidays | Primarily afternoons/evenings | Weekends depending on program needs. What You’ll Do Working under RN supervision and within ND LPN scope of practice, you will: Support medication delegation, documentation, and MAR compliance across DD licensed programs Conduct and oversee medication certification classes for VTC staff Perform nursing assessments and communicate findings to the RN Help coordinate medical appointments and emergency response as needed Contribute to person-centered service plans as part of our interdisciplinary team What You Bring Required: Current, unencumbered North Dakota LPN license Valid driver’s license Ability to complete ND Community Staff Training Program certification within 18 months Satisfactory background check Preferred: 1+ year of direct patient care experience Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) Benefits — Starting at 15 Hours/Week We believe part-time employees deserve real benefits — New in 2026!
