Delivery Manager

DTOS Ltd is a member of IBL group and the largest independent management company in the global business sector since 1993. We provide a complete range of professional services including company formation, corporate administration, fund administration, accounting and tax services, wealth management, third party fund accounting, financial outsourcing and business model optimisation.

We have delivery centres in Mauritius, Rwanda, Kenya and Dubai. Our Group is expanding locally and internationally and has opportunities for the right individual. Job Purpose: With a growing international presence across Mauritius, Uganda, Kenya and Dubai, DTOS Ltd is looking for a skilled and results-oriented Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives from business needs through to implementation, user adoption and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives from business need definition through implementation and operational handover.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements and redesign processes where required.
• Develop clear specifications and contribute to business case development.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors and delivery activities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are properly traced through testing and acceptance.
• Ensure solutions are ready for implementation and supported by appropriate operational readiness evidence.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive user adoption through appropriate training, communication and change management activities.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks and key decisions to management. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience combining project delivery and business analysis.
• Experience delivering business system implementations from end to end, including user adoption.
• Experience in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of process design, requirements gathering, specification writing and business analysis.
• Good understanding of test strategy, requirements traceability, UAT and acceptance processes.
• Strong project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French.
• Confident and effective communicator with the ability to challenge requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Structured, curious, solution-oriented and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
