Programmer Analyst

The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to support application development, enhancements, and maintenance for public-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Angular, along with excellent communication, requirements analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Translate business requirements into technical designs, system architecture, and development tasks. Perform coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and application support.

Participate in discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, and process modeling. Provide technical guidance on feasibility, system constraints, and development standards. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, quality, and governance standards.

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. 4–7 years of experience in .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Angular. Strong experience developing scalable, maintainable enterprise applications. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new technical environments quickly. Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in structured environments with established standards, methodologies, and governance processes. Location: Lansing, MI (Local Candidates Only)
