We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support and scale our global demand generation engine. Alongside the Marketing Operations Director, this role will serve as an operational backbone for the marketing organization, partnering closely with operations teams to optimize lead management, campaign execution, funnel performance, and marketing attribution.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM processes, lead lifecycle management, and marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of how these capabilities work together to support an effective marketing organization. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, improving processes, and using data to drive operational excellence and more predictable pipeline growth within a high-growth B2B software environment.
