About Broadview at Purchase College
Broadview at Purchase College is the only university-based retirement community located in the Tri-State area. Our innovative approach challenges the traditional narrative around aging in America that suggests retirement is a time to wind down, step back from the workforce, and pause education. Instead, here at Broadview, we’re focused on continuing education through intergenerational learning, being part of a robust, vibrant community embedded on a college campus, and fostering lifelong friendships. We are currently expanding our team in preparation of the community opening in Fall 2023. Interested applicants should embrace and exemplify our guiding principles: • We serve the customer, first and foremost. • We deal honestly and fairly, with integrity and openness. • We maintain a long-term perspective. • We are diligent and persevering. • We are interconnected and interdependent. If you are interested in joining the employee team at Broadview, please know that open positions will be posted on this page, as well as on our Indeed.com page as soon as they become available. These postings will be made timely when a position opens and will be removed promptly when they are filled. You may wish to “follow” Broadview at Purchase to be notified of new career opportunities as soon as they become available. Multiple types of employment opportunities will be posted this year to hire exceptional talent including: Physical Plant: such as general maintenance, grounds, security and IT technology; Environmental Services: including janitors, laundry, housekeeping; Food & Beverage: including chefs, sous chefs, servers, cooks, utility workers; Resident Services: such as fitness, wellness, activities, social services, concierge and drivers.
