Call Center Rep - Part Time (29 hours)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative for our Call Center Department. This position effectively manages multiple daily calls while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the Call Center Rep is accountable for meeting an established number of daily and monthly calls, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one year customer service experience and flexibility to work until 8 pm during the week. A minimum of three to six months of on-site training at our NW Houston location is required, along with Saturday availability. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
