Chef de Cuisine (Steakhouse)

As a Chef de Cuisine , you’re not just overseeing kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Key Responsibilities Lead the daily culinary operation of Jahn Steakhouse and support the kitchen operations as required. Ensure excellent food quality, consistency and presentation. Develop menus, specials and new dishes.

Maintain strong steakhouse standards, including meat quality and grilling techniques. Control food cost, inventory, purchasing and wastage. Ensure HACCP, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards. Lead, train and develop culinary Team Members. Work closely with Service and Stewarding to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Experience leading a steakhouse. Knowledge of premium meats, dry-aging, and open-fire grilling techniques.

Strong leadership, food cost and HACCP knowledge. Elevated dining experience preferred. Basic spoken English to meet business needs. Local package position.
