Position Title: Grounds/Maintenance Temporary Staff ‌ Position Type: Temporary ‌ About the Role: Northern Kentucky University is seeking temporary staff to assist with general grounds and outdoor maintenance. This role supports campus operations through routine upkeep and seasonal tasks. ‌ Primary Responsibilities: Assist with lawn care, including mowing and trimming grass Support general outdoor maintenance and groundskeeping activities Collect and dispose of trash and debris Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months Perform other manual labor tasks as assigned Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments Willingness to work in varying weather conditions Dependable and able to follow instructions Prior grounds or maintenance experience preferred but not required ‌ Posted Salary: ‌ Work Environment & Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials Standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods
