Store Supervisor

Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring Supervisors for our Concord store, located on Manchester Street. Come work for a great New Hampshire company in a fun, fast-paced environment! Pay rate: $21-$24/hour, depending on experience. Supervisors are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store.

Duties include: Overseeing staff and training employees Customer service and resolution of customer issues Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds Food safety, sanitation, and quality Qualifications: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail environment Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and Serv.

Safe Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach Must be able to lift/ carry packages up to 50 pounds Common Man Roadside offers Un.
