Performance Controlling

Responsibilities

1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and evaluate the progress of defined performance measures (e.g., cost-saving initiatives, efficiency programs, revenue improvements) Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly) to management and stakeholders Identify deviations from targets and highlight risks and opportunities
2. Financial Controlling & Analysis Quantify the financial impact of improvement measures (savings, cost avoidance, revenue uplift) Validate business cases and ensure alignment with financial planning and forecasting Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and targets Support closing cycles with accurate measure-related reporting
3. Governance & Data Quality Ensure consistency, transparency, and auditability of performance tracking Define and enforce tracking standards, methodologies, and documentation Review and challenge inputs from business units for plausibility Maintain central tracking tools and databases Coordinate cross-functional initiatives
4. Business Partnering Collaborate closely with operational teams, finance, and management Support initiative owners in structuring and quantifying measures Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance Facilitate performance reviews and steering committee meetings
5. Continuous Improvement Enhance tracking tools, processes, and reporting quality Drive automation and digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel models) Identify best practices and promote standardization across the organization Qualifications Education & Experience Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field 2–4+ years of experience in controlling, performance management, or finance Experience in project controlling or transformation programs is an advantage Core Skills Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of Luca. Net and Thinkcell is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Key Competencies Result-oriented and proactive approach Ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders Strong ownership and accountability Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
