  • Join our lean, high-velocity engineering team at our Ahmedabad office. What are we looking for? As a Full Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end—from crafting responsive front-end interfaces to scaling robust back-end APIs. You will work closely with product and design teams to build seamless tax products. What will you be doing? Write clean, concise, reusable, and modular code that is highly configurable, extensible, and testable. Design and document easy-to-consume REST APIs while implementing solid programming patterns and data structures. Drive product design discussions using tools like Figma/Figjam, and translate business needs into functional requirements in Notion. Track user behavior and conversion funnels using Fullstory (or similar tools) to continuously optimize the product experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively elevate code quality through rigorous code reviews. Our Tech Stack Frontend: Typescript, Next.js, Angular Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Typescript, Java, Python Databases: PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Github Actions, Jenkins Requirements What will you need to succeed at Quicko? Strong ability to understand and use the right data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming (OOP), and modern design patterns. Strong, working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Deep expertise in server-side technologies, a solid understanding of REST APIs, and working knowledge of HTTP(S). Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, along with exposure to building with modern, high-performance frameworks and AI integrations. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking up new challenges with high ownership Bonus to have Prior experience working with financial systems, payment gateways, ledger accounting systems, or tax products. Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus). Experience optimizing database queries, implementing advanced caching strategies (Redis/Memcached), or profiling slow backend routines to improve execution speeds.
