FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager is a critical bridge between financial planning, analytics, and operational execution. This role leads day-to-day FP&A while partnering closely with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management. You will build scalable planning and reporting processes, use AI-enabled tools to improve insight quality and speed, and turn complex data into clear recommendations that improve decisions, cost discipline, and profitability.

This role is held to a higher standard than historical accuracy: you are expected to be right about the future by building forward-looking models grounded in business drivers, stress-testing assumptions, and owning forecast accuracy. This is not a reporting function. It is a predictive intelligence function.
