Key Responsibilities

Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at all times Prepare and serve food items according to company recipes and quality standards Transact incoming orders promptly and ensure incoming orders POS system accurately and handle transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep areas, and service areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed Monitor product freshness and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers regarding tasks, issues, and customer needs Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company Requirements Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position: Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 9 hours per shift Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
