Job Description: Zippee is looking for an Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records using Tally/TallyPrime.

The role involves GST and TDS compliance, MSME filings, bank and vendor reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings. This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment , where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.

This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ. Roles & responsibilities: Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping in Tally/TallyPrime. Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and manage TDS/MSME compliance. Maintain vendor accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and outstanding dues.

Perform bank, ledger, and GST reconciliations. Maintain invoices, vouchers, and statutory records. Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting, and audits. Ensure accurate accounting records and timely statutory filings. Manage payroll processing, including EPFO and ESIC compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management with a specialisation in Finance.and Accounting 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements. High proficiency in MS Excel and Tally. Strong communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
