In our commercial construction team we both manage sub-contractors and self-performing crews. You’ll be responsible for teaching measure-twice-cut-once quality and efficiency as you share your timeless skills working side by side with your eager crew. You’ve undoubtably done it alone, and you’ve assuredly worked at a company that didn’t value your skill and work ethic.
