We’re looking for Generator Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems and understands backup power systems. Competitive Pay: $26-34/hour plus overtime and performance bonuses Great Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with overtime potential Additional Perks: Company vehicle (based on experience/role progression) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, life & disability insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 100% paid continuing education & certifications Professional development support Health Savings Account (HSA) Strong team culture + company events What We’re Looking For 1–5+ years of generator installation and service experience Experience with liquid-cooled and air-cooled generator systems Kohler and/or Generac certifications strongly preferred Experience installing and maintaining residential generators Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC code, and wiring methods Valid driver’s license with a good record What You’ll Be Doing Based on your experience or training, you'll: Install, service, and maintain residential standby generators Troubleshoot generators and related electrical systems Help homeowners understand system operation and recommended service.
