Revenue Support Cycle Specialist - Remote

POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Support Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Department by providing flexible coverage across billing, insurance follow-up, claim creation, denials, and special projects as needed. This role ensures timely, accurate coding and collection of complex insurance claims across multiple payer types, while also serving as a resource for overflow work, backfill coverage, and targeted initiatives identified by management.

Work is conducted remotely, outside of a traditional office environment. The position requires a dedicated workspace with limited interruption and high-speed internet access (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). Occasional on-site reporting may be required based on operational needs.
