Automotive Service Advisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

• Consult with customers to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance requirements

• Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services

• Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow

• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed

• Process payments and handle customer inquiries or concerns

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred

• Basic knowledge of automotive repair, oil changes, tire services, and other common automotive maintenance procedures

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer care

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in using computer systems for invoicing, estimating, and record keeping

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
