Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, I'm a professional musician who studied music in college, and I also enjoy painting, especially watercolor. Creativity and building relationships are a big part of who I am.

Our agency is passionate about serving the community. We partner with local churches, community organizations, small businesses, and the police department to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
