O2C Team Lead (Hybrid)

Lead and oversee daily Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Master Data management. Supervise and develop a team of 14 members, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and achievement of KPIs and SLAs. Oversee customer master data management, including customer creation, amendments, data validation, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Manage AR activities, including billing support, cash application, payment allocation, collections, overdue account monitoring, and AR reconciliation. Monitor outstanding receivables and ageing reports, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments and effective resolution of payment discrepancies. Manage customer account issues, disputes, and escalations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and business units.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities, including AR reconciliation and reporting. Drive continuous improvement, process standardisation, and automation initiatives across O2C and Master Data processes. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements. Collaborate with regional stakeholders and other finance teams to support smooth end-to-end O2C service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable operations and Master Data management, within an SSC or MNC environment. Hands-on Master Data experience is a must-have, particularly in customer master data management. Strong knowledge of AR processes, including collections, cash application, payment allocation, account reconciliation, and AR ageing.

Strong stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Industrial, manufacturing, or conglomerate industry exposure would be an added advantage.
