General Production Labor

General Manufacturing and Production Worker (Starting Rate $25.50) The Mill is a 24/7 operation which requires open availability for overtime during weekends and holidays. Assists Mill with daily cleaning/maintaining of work areas. Assist with production needs, break reliefs or operational needs. Maintain and demonstrate safe, efficient use of fork and clamp trucks.

Inspects/monitors equipment under their responsibility and reports concerns/issues to supervisor. Assist with shipping needs, staging/reorganizing Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Wear proper protective equipment, i.e., safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes and reflective vest. All other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training. Physical Requirements Must be always alert and aware. Comfortable with high heat areas/extreme cold areas. Stand/Walk/Sit/Push /Pull/Climb/Crawl/Squat/Kneel/Bend Lift/Carry-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
