S. locations, ensuring accurate and timely pay. Review time records and payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, retroactive pay, corrections and off-cycle payments. Serve as a trusted resource for employees and internal teams, providing guidance on pay-related questions and escalating complex issues as needed.

Evaluate and improve payroll processes using Workday and ADP to support reporting accuracy and compliance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of payroll administration experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), such as Workday and ADP, a plus.
