ABOUT THIS POSITION We’re looking for a passionate, service-driven individual to join us as a Site Supervisor, ensuring our store runs seamlessly and our partners (employees) thrive. You'll lead by example—delivering warm, crafted experiences for customers and development opportunities for your team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Lead shifts, maintain product standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Train and develop baristas in service, preparation, and company standards. Assist with scheduling, inventory tasks, and operational documentation. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and quality control. Foster a culture of belonging, growth, and joy.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have prior Starbucks experience and related supervisory/retail leadership is a plus. Strong service orientation, POS/cash handling knowledge, and team-building skills.
