ESB HUB is an international esports tournament operator and platform focused on console disciplines, where technology, esports, and players are united into a single ecosystem. We operate both as a tournament organizer and as a talent development platform in esports, and for over 7 years, we have been building the industry of daily competitions, contributing to the global popularization of esports.

We organize and conduct tournaments in eFootball, eBasketball, eHockey, eTennis, and other disciplines, creating high-level competitive events. Currently, ESB HUB is looking for a Match Referee - a person responsible for ensuring that matches are conducted clearly, smoothly, and fairly. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, pay close attention to details, can react quickly to situations, and want to be part of a live esports process, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Preparing workstations and gaming areas for tournaments.
• Launching and running tournaments.
• Recording and tracking event statistics.
• Starting and monitoring the quality of video broadcasts.
• Maintaining reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Confident user of Google Sheets.
• Basic experience with YouTube.
• Knowledge of the rules of football, hockey, or basketball will be a plus.
• Availability to work night shifts. We offer:
