We’re expanding fast and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow. Why You’ll Love This Role: As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new opportunities—making outbound calls, setting up meetings, and generating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline. The first year is mostly office-based, giving you time to learn our industry and our clients. Starting in year two, you’ll spend about 20% of your time traveling to meet prospects and build relationships face-to-face. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to identify opportunities Book meetings with decision-makers Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Collaborate with sales & marketing to refine outreach strategies Track activities and results in CRM for accountability What We're Looking For: We want someone who is: Driven & Ambitious – motivated to meet goals, proactive, and eager to win.
