The Enterprise Growth Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales within a defined territory across the Midwest.
This role will focus exclusively on building direct relationships with mid-market and enterprise organizations, helping them simplify and optimize their technology lifecycle through Tech Defenders’ IT asset disposition, device recovery, remarketing, repair, and lifecycle services. The Enterprise Growth Executive will develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business, with a primary focus on securing long-term, recurring service agreements.
They will build trusted relationships with key decision-makers across IT, procurement, finance, and other relevant functions, positioning Tech Defenders as a long-term technology lifecycle partner rather than a transactional service provider. The role will also be responsible for expanding existing accounts, identifying opportunities to add services and increase wallet share, and driving year-over-year revenue and profitability through a growing base of recurring customer relationships.
This role requires excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills to work independently and collaboratively across departments, ensuring smooth operations and a successful client experience. You will maintain system records, forecasting tools, and client records to ensure accurate internal and external reporting.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations to support direct and indirect opportunities with enterprise clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise end-user organizations, building trusted partnerships that drive new business, recurring service agreements, and long-term account growth. Follow up on open leads, opportunities, and proposals to close new business. Research prospective enterprise clients within a listed territory, including inventory details and contact information, and develop engagement strategies to win new business.
Research prospective mid-market and enterprise clients within an assigned territory, including their technology environment, refresh cycles, and key decision-makers, and develop targeted engagement strategies to win new business and recurring service agreements. Attend industry conferences and business events to market the company, build client and partner relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and profitable operations and an outstanding client experience. Monitor client orders post-sale to ensure client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and work with internal teams (especially Operations) to resolve issues. Execute high-activity sales strategies, including cold calls, email outreach, CRM-driven sequences, in-person meetings, cold drop-ins, and door-to-door prospecting, to generate new pipeline opportunities and win new business.
Meet with clients and prospects to build relationships, inspect equipment, and close deals. Work closely with marketing to support brand awareness, increase inbound requests, and enhance company exposure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records, forecasting tools, and CRM entries. Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Assist in forecasting device procurement. Manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met. Reach and exceed annual and quarterly unit sales quotas. Travel regularly to meet with clients and attend events (10–30%). Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Education
& Experience: Associate's Degree in Business or equivalent required. Enterprise Channel experience a plus 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations, preferably within the technology, IT asset management, or electronics sectors. 5+ years of experience selling technology products or services, with a strong track record of selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Experience with OEMs, VARs, or MSPs serving similar customer segments is a plus Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and internet research. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven negotiation and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong skills in analyzing market trends and data to identify new opportunities. Environmental Conditions: Standard office environment with no exposure to extreme conditions. 20% – 30% travel required.
