Job description
Provides comprehensive hematology and oncology patient care in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary cancer care team. Evaluates, diagnoses, and manages patients across the cancer continuum, including active treatment, survivorship, and supportive care. Promotes high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with established clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
