Senior Executive Engineer Cloud Security

Our client is a well known leading IT provider in Malaysia and currently looking for a Senior Executive Engineer Cloud Security. Role Overview: Secure cloud infrastructure and services by implementing cloud security controls and supporting secure cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain security controls across AWS environments. Review and secure AWS services, including IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, Cloud. Trail, and Guard. Duty. Establish and maintain cloud security architecture, standards, guardrails, and best practices. Perform cloud security risk assessments, configuration reviews, and security posture evaluations.

Monitor cloud environments for security threats, suspicious activities, and configuration drifts. Support security incident investigations involving cloud resources and workloads. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure cloud deployments and compliance requirements are met. Support regulatory audits, cloud security assessments, and third-party security reviews.

Requirements

3-10 years Skills / Tools: AWS security services, AWS well-architected framework, CSPM, etc.
