Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related concerns Lead new client onboarding, including discovery calls, account configuration, and implementation planning Gather and document client requirements and develop customized call-handling scripts and procedures Monitor account performance, analyze feedback and service trends, and address client concerns promptly Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to implement solutions that enhance service quality Recommend process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and client satisfaction Assist with special projects and initiatives that support company growth and service excellence Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting client relationships Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service Here's What Else Might Help You Out Previous experience in account management, customer success, client services, or customer support (preferred) Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software Pay Range $60,000 - $80,000 Ready to Make Your Mark?
