Ensure precise entry and updates in the database. URS Liaison Strategic Partnering: Act as the core DHRM liaison to URS, fostering a collaborative partnership to identify root causes of data mismatches and establish long-term process improvements.

Employee Case Management : Directly assist state employees and agencies in troubleshooting and resolving individual URS, pension, and benefit-related issues with empathy and precision. Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate current file-transfer workflows and operational procedures to reduce error rates, enhance compliance, and streamline data sharing.

Subject Matter Expertise Consultation : Provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders, agency leaders, and HR team members regarding pension data impacts and benefit standards.
