Senior Project Manager - Engineering and CM

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support and grow our Construction Management practice throughout Northern California. This unique seller-doer position combines approximately 50% construction management project delivery and 50% business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted owner's representative and construction advisor while actively developing relationships with municipal agencies, utilities, contractors, and industry partners to expand Brown and Caldwell's construction management services.

The role will be focused on supporting growth in the Bay Area and Northern California markets while delivering high-quality construction management services on water, wastewater, utility, and infrastructure projects.
