Maintenance Technician (Multi-Location)

If this sounds like you, this opportunity might be the perfect fit. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining the property’s physical health and safety.

You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, prepare units for new residents, and support a clean, well-kept, and welcoming community. As well as keep current residents satisfied with completion of work orders. You will be working between two locations (Westbury Village and Foxcroft Townhomes). You’ll take ownership of: Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more.

Preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet our high standards. Keeping the grounds clean, safe, and inviting — including snow removal and landscaping. Handling service requests efficiently and professionally. Participating in the on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs. What You Bring At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields.

Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus). A valid driver’s license and insurance. A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors.
