Key Responsibilities

Court filings/e. Filing (State and Fed) Tracking SOLs Discovery

• Propounding and Responding Reservation of Court Hearing Dates Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating) Expert Retention Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos. Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE -Incredible organizational skills -High proficiency with technology, including AI -Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation -Bachelor's degree required -Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS -Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required You must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized, excellent in time management, and interested in your career.
