Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm What you will do: This position is member of the Modification Center, which is responsible for delivery of modified or assembled products as per the customer request.

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Functions/ Tasks Ability to perform all daily duties outlined in Custom Product Tech I with minimal or no supervision. Operate engraving machine which includes learning all basic and advanced function of the machine. Also need to read appropriate drawings and translate the parameters to setup the engraving machine.

General assembly. Run various marker card machines. Stud and PEMS welding, i.e. basic welding. Ability to read manufacturing drawings and create work instructions. Pallet/Crate building. Enclosure paint repair. Certification of proper operation of forklifts. Operate various types of hand and power tools. Take customer supplied CAD files and manipulate them for Revere needs/use Setup and run a machining center.

Troubleshoot a machining center. Process work orders through system. Other duties as assigned Promotes and reinforces a positive workplace culture by building collaborative relationships, demonstrating professionalism and respect, and living the organization's values each day.

Qualifications

High School diploma required. Mechanical aptitude. Basic computer knowledge and skill. Willingness to learn new processes and technologies. Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements. Physical Aspects Must be able to stand throughout the entire workday. Attention to detail is a must as actions in the department directly affect our customers.

Somewhat undesirable working conditions, with exposure to temperature variations, noise, dust, etc. Personal protective equipment may be required. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push and pull materials. Regular lifting 5-25 lbs., occasional lifting 25-60+ lbs. Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to the job and safety requirements.
