Universal Banker

Universal Bankers are charged with delivering high quality consistent member service primarily in person who illustrate a dedication to following through with members through compliant and effective communication either with the member directly or in working with business partners. Universal Bankers are required to be fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit and basic branch operation functions, as well as assist in the cross-training of less experienced branch personnel.
