• Cold End supervises all hourly shift personnel and equipment in the department. The Production Supervisor
• Cold End is the main point to coordinate activities between departments to ensure proper communication and coordination of activities. Accountable for auditing and enforcing all company and facility rules / procedures / policies for safety, environmental, quality, employee relations, and operational production systems. The supervisor is accountable for communicating observations, suggestions for improvements, completing incident reports, and any deviations from communicated plans to the required people. Coordinates manpower moves between the CE and other departments to meet production needs.
