Director (RN) Case Management

Director (RN) Case Management Duties: Provide leadership and oversight for hospital case management operations. Lead, mentor, and support case management staff. Ensure effective care coordination, discharge planning, and utilization management. Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, social services, and other departments.

Monitor departmental performance, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Current Montana RN license or eligibility for Montana RN licensure – required Minimum of 1 year of hospital case management leadership experience – required Bachelor’s degree – required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of hospital case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
