Server Assistant/Bar - Ocean Prime Sarasota

It is the responsibility of a server assistant/bar to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They ensure that all necessary supplies (spirits, ice, glassware, garnishes) are readily available so bartenders can provide quick & efficient service to guests. This is a guest-facing position that may require providing water and bread service, clearing tables, and assisting with other dining room responsibilities as needed.
