About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team, working across commercial projects throughout SEQ. Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, driving the program, and making sure work is delivered safely, on time and budget, and above client expectations.
What You Will Be Doing Sequencing and site logistics to keep the job running smoothly Driving the project program, including preparing short-term look aheads, and reporting on progress Running weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to keep everyone aligned on program Managing quality through ITPs and ensuring all trade work meets drawings and specification Working with the Project Manager to keep the project on budget Building strong working relationships with subcontractors, the client and the wider ACC team What You Will Bring 5-8 years' experience in commercial construction Cert 4 in Construction & Building Management (or equivalent experience) Solid understanding of WHS legislation and quality processes Strong communication and documentation skills Current White Card, First Aid/CPR and open driver's licence Why Join ACC?
