Dimensional Quality Control Inspector

We are currently seeking for Q/C Inspectors that want to grow with S+S and be a part of our Quality team! This position is located in Houston, TX 77011 (East Downtown).

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in reading and interpreting drawings and dimensionally inspecting parts Knowledge of common gauges and measurement instruments Knowledge of blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be punctual and reliable Bilingual (Spanish , English) Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Read and interpret part drawings Dimensionally inspect parts against drawings using inspection equipment such as calipers, height gauges, radius gauges, and other inspection tools Create inspection reports Willingness to perform any other related duties assigned by immediate Supervisor Willingness and ability to work weekends, as needed Minimum 1 year of QC Inspecting experience Shift: Days

• Monday-Friday 5:00am-5:00pm, including weekends as needed Nights
