• Denver, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary The Universal Banker delivers consistent, high-quality customer experience by combining transaction accuracy, operational discipline, consultative service, and relationship-based banking. This role supports both teller and platform responsibilities within the branch while engaging customers in meaningful conversations, identifying financial needs, and connecting them to appropriate banking solutions, digital tools, and internal business partners. The Universal Banker is accountable for owning each customer interaction from start to finish, maintaining strong cash controls and compliance standards, recognizing referral opportunities, and contributing to branch growth, customer retention, and overall performance goals. This position supports Peoples Bank’s mission, core values, and customer-focused sales culture by consistently delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience (ECX).

Qualifications

Education and Experience
