Job description

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) is the flagship of overseas business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (“ICBC”) – currently the largest commercial bank in China, and it is one of the domestic systemically important banks (D-SIBs) in Hong Kong. Currently, ICBC (Asia) has 52 retail outlets (including 27 “Elite Club” Wealth Management Centres) in Hong Kong.

It is engaged in commercial banking, investment banking and other financial services, including those of securities, insurance and funds, with a focus on commercial and retail banking as well as global market business. Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the preparation of non-interest income reports for the whole bank; display and analyze historical data in multiple dimensions by line, department and product; and prepare forecast reports for management's reference; Participate in the bank's departmental financial performance overview, conduct data mining and motivation analysis on the non-interest income business from multiple perspectives, and provide suggestions on non-interest income business development; Utilize the bank's internal data analysis application and related technical resources to carry out routine and special comprehensive operation analysis work; Organize financial digital application requirements, assess the rationality, participate in system development projects, and evaluate solutions.

Oversee comprehensive administrative functions within the department, including: Document circulation systems, file transmission, and workflow approval processes; Management of internal communications systems, updates to policies and procedures; Departmental supplies management and maintenance of office facilities. Job Requirements Bachelor degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in banking, finance, or accounting.

Experience in data analysis and data modeling projects is preferred; Strong communication ability, independent research and problem-solving skills. Relevant professional qualification is preferred.
