QC Manager (Food Manufacturer- Sabah)

Monitor and supervise online QC systems and daily production data entry. Ensure all records and reports (batch, quality, temperature, moisture, metal detection) are accurate and up-to-date. Perform real-time monitoring of production quality through online dashboards or software. Handle non-conformances or deviations promptly and record corrective actions in the system.

Support product trials and first-batch evaluations using QC tools. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, MeSTI, and ISO, and maintain proper online documentation for audits. Train QC staff and operators on QC systems, SOPs, and reporting procedures. Lead QC team, allocate manpower, and maintain smooth online workflow across shifts Requirements Diploma or Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field.

5 years’ experience in QC in food manufacturing (biscuits/bakery preferred). Experience with digital QC systems or online production monitoring is an advantage. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal, MeSTI. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage online QC processes effectively.
