Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a supportive and grounded office. Today, our team includes five members, and we’re focused on growing together in a way that’s intentional and people-centered. I’m married with a young child and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and staying active in our church, which influences the values we bring into the workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
