Talent Acquisition/Recruiter II - Tifton

The Talent Acquisition/Recruiter II will play a predominant role in the entire recruitment life cycle. This role will oversee inbound and outbound communications with potential candidates, track the hiring process within our applicant tracking system, present offers, and assist with the development of new recruiting processes, strategies, and tools.

In addition, the Talent Acquisition/Recruiter II will play a key role in the planning of upcoming recruitment initiatives, including immigration. The Talent Acquisition/Recruiter II will also actively contribute to the management of the recruitment budget.
