Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Service Supervisor with pest control experience to join our growing team. You’ll lead a team of Service Professionals, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and safety compliance across our North Haven operations. What You’ll Do: As a Service Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of Braman’s operations and a role model for your team. You will: Lead & Develop Your Team Coach, support, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement Drive performance through training, feedback, and performance management Foster a positive, accountable team culture Own Daily Operations Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service Review and approve weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges Perform technical service work as needed, including pest inspections and treatments, to support your team and maintain service quality Ensure Quality & Compliance Conduct ride-alongs, audits, inspections, and quality checks Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Support client audits and reporting efforts Be a Problem Solver Adjust routes and resources based on business needs Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed What We’re Looking For Pest control experience is required 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in pest control preferred Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems Safe driver with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Licenses: Commercial Applicator License (Core) CAT 41 Supervisory License Screening Requirements: Background check Driver's License Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law) What You Get Braman offers a strong compensation package and a supportive team environment: Competitive starting salary, depending on experience Bonus incentives 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision & supplemental insurance Company-paid life insurance Paid vacation, holidays & sick time Weekly paychecks Opportunities for commissions Company uniforms provided Company vehicle & phone once certified Paid Technical Training School and state pesticide licensing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Why Choose Braman?
