H6320 Admin & Layout Coordinator

Under the direction of the Casino Advertising Marketing Manager, the Administrative & Layout Coordinator organizes and monitors the workflow through the newspaper’s production process, produces page layouts, and manages all administrative and mailhouse duties.

Responsibilities include

ad trafficking, creation and follow‑through on purchase and receiving orders, presort/e. Doc submission, addressing and tabbing, DSCF entry, and distribution of printed materials. The role also coordinates file delivery to the printer and maintains organized records for audit readiness.
